On Friday 2 August 2024, Allianz Life Luxembourg, the Allianz Group's European wealth expertise hub, announced that it is moving its headquarters to a new address in Leudelange, within the "Am Bann” business park.
From Monday 5 August 2024, the company, currently located on Boulevard Franklin Delano Roosevelt in Luxembourg-Ville, will open its doors at 19-23 Rue Jean Fischbach, Bâtiment C, L-3372 Leudelange.
According to the firm, this move represents an "important step" for Allianz, "allowing [it] to create an exclusive and refined environment that reflects [its] positioning with HNWI and UHNWI [high- and ultra-high-net-worth individual] clients."
"We are delighted with this move, which marks a new phase of growth and development for Allianz Life Luxembourg. This new office offers modern facilities enabling our employees to work efficiently in a pleasant environment that meets the latest environmental standards," commented Eric Winter, CEO.
Allianz Life Luxembourg added that this "smart campus" has been rewarded with a double certification: a Breeam Very Good In-Use and a Seco Comfort class A certification, which focuses on the well-being of occupants.
