New Collective Labour Agreement Signed for Hyosung Luxembourg’s 120 Employees

On Tuesday 25 February 2025, the LCGB and OGBL trade unions announced the signing of a new collective labour agreement for employees of Hyosung Luxembourg SA.

The agreement has been signed for a duration of three years, from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027, for the company's 120 employees. The following improvements are included:

- salary increase over three years;
- revaluation of the retirement departure bonus;
- more annual leave;
- introduction of a responsibility bonus.

The LCGB and OGBL reported that other provisions of the collective agreement remain unchanged. The unions said they "have successfully improved the collective agreement for the 120 employees of Hyosung Luxembourg SA, despite an unpredictable economic climate. This agreement acknowledges the remarkable dedication of the employees over the past years."

Hyosung SA specialises in the production of textile reinforcement fabrics for the tyre industry.
