The Association of British and Irish Accountants in Luxembourg (ABIAL) has announced its first Professional Practice Update (PPU) event for this year, taking place on Tuesday 19 July 2022 at Atoz in Niederanven (1B Heienhaff, L-1736).

The topics which will be covered are:

  • recent Luxembourg jurisprudence on VAT deduction rights for holding companies;
  • feedback from professionals on the Luxembourg impatriate tax regime;
  • recent jurisprudence on account 115 and Luxembourg participation exemption;
  • overview of recent (proposals of) European Union Directives: ATAD 3, Pillar 2, DEBRA.
