LuxFLAG, the fund labelling agency specialising in the Responsible Investing sector, announced on Friday that it now labels 43 funds.
Four ESG funds have been granted the use of LuxFLAG ESG Label for the first time, the Label launched in May 2014 to be granted to investment funds which meet specific criteria related to their Environmental, Social and Governance issues. These four funds are FDC SICAV Actions Monde - Actif 3; NN(L) Global Sustainable Equity; NN(L) European Sustainable Equity; MAM Human Values FCP.
LuxFLAG also reported the renewal of the ESG label for the three ESG funds of Nordea 1 SICAV - Emerging Star Equity Fund, Sparinvest SICAV Ethical Global Value and OFI Multiselect-Europe SRI. These labels are valid as of September 2015.
Triodos Renewables Europe Fund also had its Environement label renewed by LuxFLAG, whilst ten Microfinance Investment Vehicles (MIVs) had their Microfinance label renewed. These were Advans SA, Dual Return Fund - Vision Microfinance Local Currency; Etimos Fund - Global Microfinance Debt; Finethic Microfinance SCA; KCD Mikrofinazfonds I Global; KCD Mikrofinazfonds II Latein Amerika; Microfinance Enhancement Facility SA; Symbiotics (SICAV) Emerging Sustainable Fund II; Triodos Microfinance Fund; Wallberg Global Microfinance Fund.
Two new associate members, Fuchs Asset Management SA and IdealRatings Inc., also joined LuxFLAG to form part of thirty eight Associate Members. Fuchs Asset Management is regulated by the national supervisory authority CSSF and acts as an independent third-party fund management company, whilst IdealRatings offers Ethical Fund Management Services.
All LuxFLAG Labels are valid for a period of one year.
