The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) has announced that the Luxembourg undertakings for collective investment (UCI) industry recorded a negative change amounting to €121.084 billion in the month of February 2020.
As of 29 February 2020, the aggregate net assets of global UCIs amounted to €4.668.713 billion as opposed to €4.789.797 billion the previous month, representing an decrease of 2.53% over one month. Over the last twelve months, the volume of net assets increased by 9.53%.
For its part, the Luxembourg UCI industry industry posted a negative change in the month of February amounting to €121.084 billion. This decrease represents the balance of positive net issues up to €13.284 billion (+0.28%) and the unfavourable financial market developments of €134.368 billion (+-2.81%).
