On Saturday 2 July 2022, the cultural committee of the municipality of Junglinster, together with Lënster Trëppler asbl (a non-profit hiking organisation), organised its traditional Keltesch Nuecht (Celtic Night) near Bourglinster Castle.

Visitors could discover and purchase Celtic crafts at various stands, where craftspeople demonstrated woodturning, weaving, leather cutting and blacksmithing, among other trades. Visitors could also tuck into soup in a bread bowl and hot dogs, accompanied by mead and beer. Among those present was the Mayor of Junglinster, Romain Reitz.

Musical entertainment by Treveromagos, a Celtic folk group from Saarland (Germany), the Luxembourg Pipe Band, Trier-based Irish folk rock band Ghosttown Company and fellow Celtic folk rockers Irish Stew added to the festive and traditional atmosphere. They played Irish ballads "Star of the County Down" and "Foggy Dew" and traditional sea shanty "Drunken Sailor", among other classics, on stage against the backdrop of forest and Bourglinster Castle.

The more adventurous visitors also had the opportunity to embark on a 6 to 12 km hike to historic places in the area, with explanations available via QR codes.
