The 25th anniversary edition of the Blues'n Jazz Rallye will take place on Saturday 27 July 2019 across Luxembourg City, as part of this year's Summer in the City programme.

The Blues’n Jazz Rally is a very popular music marathon, which takes place every summer in the capital of Luxembourg. The festival, organised by the Luxembourg City Tourist Office (LCTO) in cooperation with the Ville de Luxembourg (VdL) and the Blues Club Luxembourg, is one of the best known and largely visited open-air events in the Luxembourg capital.

The internationally recognised festival is attracting thousands of music enthusiast into the old town of Luxembourg and offers a great atmosphere throughout the picturesque streets of Pfaffenthal, Clausen and Grund. Traffic will be banned in these districts for the duration of the event.

More than 200 renowned artists will perform a total of 68 live-concerts on different open-air stages and in several cafes, pubs, clubs and restaurants, spread all over the old town of Luxembourg - on 10 open-air stages in Pfaffenthal, Clausen and the Grund - from 18:00 to 03:00.

The 2019 edition jazz highlights include Liv Warfield and Mezzoforte who rub shoulders with Luxembourg jazzmen Ernie Hammes, David Laborier, Michel Meis, Pol Belardi and Greg Lamy. The blues highlights include Carl Wyatt & Delta Voodoo Kings and Delta Moon, not forgetting the numerous Luxembourgish blues pearls, including the iconic Kid Colling and Remo Cavallini.
