The restaurants (De Jangeli gastronomy; Maus Katti brasserie; Chalet am Brill) at the Mondorf Domaine Thermal in the south-west of the Grand Duchy have recently announced their new menus for the spring available from this week.

With the launch being held at the Chalet am Brill in the park beside the pond, overlooking a small children's play area, the chic venue showcased its latest innovative offering - self-service barbecue tables where the centre has been removed to provide a covered space for BBQ coals for diners to grill their food how and when they like.

The Chalet am Brill offers 45 seats inside and a significant additional 60 seats outdoors on its terrace.

The Easter Menus include:

- De Jangeli (€60): amuse-bouche (gravlax de langoustine); starter (organic beef); fish course (scallops); meat course (lamb); dessert (chocolate / mango)

- Maus-Katti (€38): amuse-bouche; asparagus or foie gras; lamb or gambas; chocolate / mango dessert

- Chalet am Brill (€45): amuse-bouche; terrine de fois gras or crab; fillet of lamb or char (trout); chocolate / mango dessert
