Aerowaves Dance Festival to Return for Third Edition

The Aerowaves Dance Festival Luxembourg is set to return this autumn from 3 to 7 September 2019 at the premises of TROIS C-L.

Created in 1996, the Aerowaves network offers young choreographers the opportunity to broadcast their creations on the stages of many European cities. For this third edition of the Aerowaves Dance Festival Luxembourg, TROIS C-L, a member of the network, and neimënster concocted an artistic programme spread over three evenings.

New for this edition, Greek choreographer Sofia Mavragani will present her show on 5 September in neimënster. After two weeks of residency, she will present her solo creation at the second evening of the Aerowaves Dance Festival Luxembourg.

For her part, Luxembourg dancer and choreographer Sarah Baltzinger will offer a workshop on improvisation and composition. Open to all levels, this course offers the opportunity to navigate the heart of a choreographic process and enter, for a moment, into the execution of a virtuoso piece.

The public will be able to attend the shows each evening for the price of €22 (reduced €9, Kulturpass €1.50) or acquire a pass that will give them access to all three evenings of shows at the preferential rate of €49.
