The Luxembourg national men's team has come out of the European Curling Championships C Division in Brasov, Romania with one victory.

The team won against Croatia in their Tuesday match (10-3) following narrow defeats against Liechtenstein (6-10), Romania (4-7) and Ireland (8-11 in extra time), a poor game against Greece (2-14) and four further defeats against the France (9-1), Bulgaria (1-9), Slovenia (1-14) and Belgium (10-3) teams.

Despite several losses, the national team repeatedly pulled itself together and were happy to achieve their goal of at least one victory. Three newcomers Dan Kelly, Mike Isenor and Barry Foulds gained a lot of experience during this tournament, accompanied by experienced teammate Alex Benoy.
