The British Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (BCC) is organising its annual Leadership Forum at Banque de Luxembourg on Wednesday 23 October 2024 at 18:00.
Hosted by the British Chamber of Commerce People and Leadership Group, this year’s main topic will be “Psychological Safety: what it is, why it matters and how it can transform employee morale”. Psychological Safety is a hot topic and is increasingly recognised as essential for a workplace environment where employees can feel comfortable sharing their ideas and admitting mistakes without negative consequences.
A panel of three experts will cover topics such as the fundamentals of psychological safety, its importance in today’s workplace and strategies to create a safe and open work environment. Furthermore, the experts will discuss the role of leadership in promoting psychological safety and support for whistleblowing and enhancing employee engagement.
The panel will be composed of: Fleur Thomas, the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Dorothea Brunner Gloor, Organisational Psychologist and Executive Coach for Leadership Development and Julian Troian, Head of Talent Acquisition, Diversity Inclusion and Belonging and Learning & Development ING.
The cost of attending this event is: free for BCC sustaining members, €20 for business and individual members and €40 for non-members.
