The University of Luxembourg is hosting a public conference dedicated to the evaluation of two initiatives: "Citizens' Assemblies in Luxembourg: Lessons from the Biergerkommitee and the Klima Biergerrot" on Wednesday 24 January from 16:30, at the Rotondes (Plateforme room) in Luxembourg-Bonnevoie.

The University's research focused on the quality and impact of the two initiatives in Luxembourg politics. It will also address the potential for duplication of these participatory policy instruments. In addition to a presentation of the evaluation results, the event includes a round table on recommendations for strengthening citizens' assemblies on climate in Luxembourg. The round table will start at 19.00. 

The conference is organised by the Luxembourg Platform for Participatory Democracy (PLDP), coordinated by Dr. Raphaël Kies. It will be held in both English and French, with translation support provided.
