The Federation Femmes Cheffes d'Enterprises (FFCEL) is hosting a conference titled "How a car woman breaks a man's world" on 21 March with guest speaker Ms Kerstin Lauer, an electronic enginner and site manager of Ford Saarlouis/Germany, who will describe her own story integrating issues such as 'female quotas', power structures, future vision, and why she is convinced the car industry needs more women in top management positions.

The conference will be held at the Pirsch Garage, at 164 Rue d'Esch, and will be in English, with French translation. The conference opens at 19:00, and the speaker will commence at 19:30. A cocktail reception will follow.

The conference is open to all, subject to registration, and costs €25, free to FFCEL members. For more information and to register, see the FFCEL website:http://ffcel.lu/fr/accueil.
