On 15 April 2016, the Kirchberg Campus of the University of Luxembourg will host an international conference on statelessness.
Organised by the Luxembourg National Contact Point of the European Migration Network (LU EMN NCP), the conference will facilitate the exchange of experiences and good practices as a means of addressing ways of tackling statelessness.
The issue is one that affects 600,000 people in Europe, and therefore needs to be analysed at the European, international and national levels. Representatives from a variety of backgrounds will be involved in the discussion, and Luxembourg Minister of Family and Integration, Corinne Cahen, will open the conference.
The conference will take place from 09:00 to 17:00 in the Room Paul Feidert at the Kirchberg Campus of the University of Luxembourg, 6 rue Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi. Registration is available until 31 March 2016 here. For more information, click here.
