On 15 December, at the official prize ceremony for Yuppi Mini-Laf 2016 in Cactus, Windhof, the Fondatioun Kriibskrank Kanner (FKK) received a cheque for €600.
This year’s Yuppi Mini-Laf season, organised by Cactus and the Fédération Luxembourgeoise d’Athlétisme, came to an end last week with the presenting of a cheque for €600 to the FKK. The money raised was thanks to the engagement of the young Yuppi Mini-Laf runners.
Yuppi also awarded a present and a participation certificate to the most engaged runners for their efforts and solidarity towards sick children.
For each stamp collected in the Yuppi Mini-Laf booklets, Cactus gave €1 to the FKK. Over 1,400 children took part in the different races.
