On Wednesday 23 September 2015, Yoga Balance is inviting members of the Luxembourg public to spend their lunch break learning how both Mindfulness and Stress Management Techniques can be used as measures to remedy ongoing stress and prevent it in the future.

According to Yoga Balance, stress remains one of the prevailing reasons for which people are prevented from obtaining true balance in their lives. Deadlines, obligations and even traffic jams represents just some of the challenges people face on a daily basis and whilst it may not be possible to alter these circumstances, it is still possible to develop tools to address the situation. Mindfulness techniques have been shown to be very helpful in preventing stress, but may not always be sufficient and other techniques may be required.

The new Wednesday Lunch Class Cycle offered by Yoga Balance in Luxembourg-Kirchberg will be comprised of 12 session with certified life and stress coach and mindfulness instructor, Elisabeth Møllgaard. Both through these sessions and post-meeting one-to-one discussions, Elisabeth will help participants become aware of potential stress coaching and mindfulness tools to deal with problems that arise in their daily lives.

The group can be joined at any time, and a class will cost €18 or €165 for 10 classes. For further details, visit www.YogaBalance.lu
