The China-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (China-Lux) has announced that, together with the Luxembourg Private Equite Association (LPEA), BIL Manage Invest, BIL Asset Services and Clifford Chance, is is co-hosting an event entitled "Private Equity Market in China and Opportunities for Luxembourg" on Thursday 18 January 2024 from 08:30 - 10:15 at the Hotel Le Royal in Luxembourg city (12 Bd Royal).

09:00: Private Equity Market in China and Opportunities for Luxembourg: This keynote speech will provide insight into the Chinese private equity market as well as its political and economic environment. How do Chinese private equity houses use Luxembourg to access the EU market? What opportunities does Luxembourg provide to access private capital in China? Speaker: Ying White is the Head of Funds and Investment Management at Clifford Chance China offices. She is also a member of the Clifford Chance APAC Private Funds Group. Ying has advised many Chinese financial institutions and corporations on the structuring, establishment, and operations of their offshore private equity funds. Based in Beijing and Shanghai, Ying works closely with the Luxembourg team at Clifford Chance to advise private equity houses with business in China and Europe.
