The China-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, ChinaLux, has announced that it is organising an evening seminar on Wednesday 7 May 2025 from 18:00 to 21:00 at the CSC (28 Bld Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen, Luxembourg-Gasperich), to address the theme "Enhance the substance when setting up investment structures in Luxembourg".
"Substance is becoming essential for ensuring efficiency of structures. In the global context of increased scrutiny of substance, what should sponsors bear in mind? What are the trends? Is there a one size fits all?"
