The Luxembourg Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI) has announced that it is organising an event dedicated to "Critical Chain Project Management" on Monday 21 October 2019 at Microsoft in Luxembourg-Clausen (23-29 Rives de Clausen, 2165 Luxembourg), from 18:30.
The event will see Philip Marris, an expert in boosting performance using the "Theory Of Constraints and Lean", present the relatively new approach of Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM).
Registration begins at 18:30 for a 18:45 start. The presentation will be followed by a networking drink around 20:30.
Participation is free for PMI Luxembourg members and guests or €20 for non-members.
