During a round table on how employers in Luxembourg can hire refugees yesterdy, national employment agency, ADEM, highlighted that supports and subsidies have been put in place to facilitate hiring of asylum seekers.
“Recently, we have created a new unit within our employer department, which is exclusively dedicated to beneficiaries of international protection, with two agents who are responsible for helping companies in their hiring process”, said Isabelle Schlesser, director of ADEM.
