Trades unions, LCGB and OGBL, have signed a new collective agreement for employees of manufacturing company CERATIZIT covering a period of three years.

The personnel representation and the trades unions say that they are satisfied with the positive negotiation results in the interest of the approximately 1,200 employees at the location in Mamer. 

The signed agreement contained the following improvements to working conditions.

For 2017, a fixed premium of €750 was agreed with an additional premium of € 250, dependant upon the company's results.

For 2018, a linear wage increase of €50 per month for every employee together with payment of a premium of a maximum of €500. 

For the year 2019 the parties agreed a fixed premium of €650 with an increase in the form of an additional premium of €500, depending on the company's results.

In addition, the unions negotiated harmonisation of leave on the basis of service for all employees, adjustment of the loyalty bonus, and harmonisation of a uniform working time.
