On Saturday, the Fondation Enovos rewarded five young engineers with its "Prix d'Excellence" for their contributions to sustainable living.

For the ninth time, Fondation Enovos, under the auspices of the Fondation de Luxembourg, together with its partners at the da Vinci and ANEIL associations, awarded the Prix d'Excellence to graduate engineers for their achievements. Given the current health context, the event did not take place in the usual setting, but in digital format via video conference.

An independent jury of engineers selected the best final papers from among 25 applications and awarded each of the winners a prize of €2,500 for their excellence.
The awards ceremony took place in the (virtual) presence of Jean Lucius, President of Fondation Enovos, Erik von Scholz, CEO of Enovos Luxembourg, Marc Solvi, President of the da Vinci association, Charly Huberty, President of ANEIL, and Thierry Flies, president of the jury.

The 2020 winners were:

- Eric Wagner: "Enabling Limited Identity Recovery in Anonymity networks"

- Nathalie Reckinger: "Effect of transverse bending on the shear capacity of concrete bridges accounting for the load-distribution between web and deck / bottom flange"
