LUkraine asbl, a non-profit organisation representing Luxembourg's Ukrainian community, has announced it will host a fundraising car rally on Saturday 22 August 2026 to mark Ukrainian Flag Day and the 35th anniversary of the country’s independence.
LUkraine asbl said, “Independence is not only something we remember. We strengthen it through unity, solidarity and collective action,” and detailed that this year the rally aims to raise funds for Starlink communication units that help Ukrainian defenders stay connected and coordinate critical operations, and invites the Ukrainian community, friends of Ukraine and everyone in Luxembourg to participate.
The event will begin at 14:00 at the Parking Adenauer in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.
A minimum donation of €20 is required for each registered vehicle.
