The Grand Ducal Police have announced the arrest of a suspect after a houseboat break-in on Sunday afternoon.
On Sunday 19 January 2025, the police received reports of a person who had broken into a houseboat on the Esplanade de la Moselle in Wasserbillig. Several police patrols immediately went to the scene. As part of the manhunt, the suspect was arrested near Rue Duschscher.
The suspect was arrested on the orders of the public prosecutor and brought before the investigating judge on the morning of Monday 20 January 2025.
