On Tuesday 7 January 2025, the Grand Ducal Police launched an appeal for witnesses to help identify an unknown man.
This follows an incident that occurred in the Belval Plaza shopping centre in Esch-Belval on 29 October 2024, between 14:50 and 15:14, in which a man is said to have gone into a women's restroom and filmed a person there.
The police are thus looking for information about the man shown in the photo.
