The Grand Ducal Police have launched an appeal for witnesses following a stabbing incident in Echternach which occurred on Friday 12 July 2024.
According to the police, an individual suffered life-threatening injuries after being stabbed in the market square in Echternach at around 22:30 that Friday evening.
A suspected perpetrator was identified shortly afterwards and is currently in custody.
