
On Monday 28 July 2025, Film Fund Luxembourg reported that its Selection Committee (of the National Fund for Supporting Audiovisual Production) met on 21-25 July 2025 for the third session of 2025.
During the session, Film Fund Luxembourg confirmed a total of fourteen projects submitted out of 27 are to be supported for Selective Financial Aid (AFS) for writing and/or development (pre-production) and production. These include nine films by Luxembourgish directors, consisting of two live-action films, three live-action series, one animated film and three short films.
The fourteen projects received Selective Financial Support (AFS) for writing and/or development and production consist of four live-action feature films, two animated feature films, three live-action series, one animated series, one live-action short film, two animated short films and one XR (extended reality) project.
