The Grand Ducal Police have reported that a road accident took place on Tuesday 25 June 2024.
At around 17:00 on Tuesday afternoon, an accident occurred between a car and a motorcycle near the A6 motorway exit. A car driver turned off at the exit in the direction of Garnich, causing a collision with the motorcycle that was following behind. According to the police, during the turning manoeuvre, the motorcyclist hit the passenger side of the car. Both vehicles crossed into the opposite lane and collided with the crash barrier.
The motorcyclist suffered a serious leg injury and was taken to hospital for further treatment after receiving emergency medical treatment at the scene. An accident report was filed.
