On Thursday 1 February 2024, Luxembourg's Customs and Excise Agency confirmed that a sniffer dog helped catch a drug dealer in action.
As has only now been reported, Customs and Excise Agency officials managed to arrest a drug dealer after drug-sniffing dog Gwen alerted officers to a suspect individual on a train coming from France.
The drug dealer was carrying around 200 XTC pills, 195g of hashish as well as two cell phones, bank cards and cash, which were confiscated.
On the orders of the Luxembourg Public Prosecutor's Office, the man was arrested and brought before an examining judge.
