On Wednesday 31 January 2024, the Grand Ducal Police announced that 43-year-old Solveiga Lielmane (also known as Natasha) has been missing since Thursday 21 December 2023.
The missing woman was described as being of thin stature, approximately 1.68 metres tall, with dark, shoulder-length hair and green eyes. She speaks Latvian, Russian, Italian, French and English.
At the time of her disappearance, she was probably last seen wearing a black quilted down coat and a baseball cap. She may be accompanied by her dog, a Corgi.
The police have appealed that if anyone has any information that could be deemed useful about the missing woman and her whereabouts, they should contact the police by email at spj.ip-info@police.etat.lu.
UPDATE: On Tuesday 27 Fenruary 2024, the Grand Ducal Police confirmed that the missing person had been found safe and well.
