On Tuesday 16 January 2024, the Grand Ducal Police reported that they are seeking to identify a caller and have launched an investigation.
At around 15:30, the Police received a call from someone who made a shooting threat in relation to the capital's train station district.
Numerous police patrols were immediately dispatched to the scene and checked the station building in particular. However, nothing out of the ordinary was found.
The police operation ended around 17:30.
