Luxembourg's weather portal, MeteoLux, has issued a yellow alert for cold weather across the Grand Duchy on Wednesday 10 January 2024.
The weather warning will be in place nationwide on Wednesday, from 00:00 to 10:00. During this period, local temperatures are expected to drop to between -6 and -7 °C.
Temperatures of between -1 and -7 °C were also forecast for Thursday 9 January 2024 and a similar weather warning had been in place on Thursday morning.
