On Sunday 17 April 2022, Luxembourg's public prosecutor's office (parquet général) announced the discovery of a lifeless body of a 46-year-old woman in the basement of a restaurant located on avenue J.F. Kennedy in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.
Police officers immediately went to the scene. According to the initial findings, an intrusion from a third party cannot be ruled out.
The judicial police were instructed by the public prosecutor's office to determine the circumstances of the death.
An investigating judge was put in charge of the investigation and an autopsy was ordered.
