The Chamber of Deputies (Luxembourg's Parliament) has announced that Chamber President Fernand Etgen has tested positive for COVID-19.

Following regular screening through rapid antigen tests, Fernand Etgen, President of the Chamber of Deputies, tested positive for COVID-19. The positive result still needs to be confirmed by a PCR test.

In accordance with the health provisions in force, Mr Etgen, who is displaying mild symptoms, is self-isolating at home and will continue to perform his duties via teleworking.
