Luxembourg's Ministry of Health has confirmed a second case of coronavirus in the Grand Duchy.
The National Health Directorate reported on Thursday evening that a new case of coronavirus had been diagnosed. The individual in question, a Luxembourg resident who returned from northern Italy, has been placed in quarantine in the Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg (CHL).
The patient's health condition is reportedly stable, although the authorities are awaiting a second test confirmation. The Health Directorate has also reported that it is currently carrying out an investigation to trace anyone who might have been in contact with the infected individual.
