All STIB metro stations, schools, high schools and universities in the Brussels region have been closed for Monday 23 November 2015 as the Belgian capital remains under terror threat level 4.
Brussels today remains under the highest threat level following a series of raids and arrests made in connection with the ISIS attacks in Paris, whilst the rest of Belgium is being held under terror threat level 3.
The Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs today urged Luxembourg nationals to follow the official information from the Belgian authorities and police services, exercising vigilance and avoiding places with a high concentration of people within the Brussels region, such as concerts, stations and airports, public transport and major events, as well as facilitate and enforce security controls.
