From 19:00 on Saturday 26 until 05:00 on Monday 28 September 2015, the section between Rue de Strassen and the exit ramp connecting the Route de Longwy with the N34 Luxembourg-Arlon motorway will be closed to traffic as final repairs are made to the surface course of the Route de Longwy.

During the work conducted on Saturday 26 September, the Route de Longwy will remain accessible to residents, suppliers and consumers. However, from 06:00 on Sunday 27 to 05:00 on Monday 28 September, work will be in progress to level out the surface and the Route de Longwy will be closed off in both directions and traffic will be diverted.

During this time, a detour route will be established in order to direct tarffic from Route de Longwy via Rue de Strassen (CR 230), Burmicht and national road N34 to rejoin Helfenterbruch.

Whilst the weekend work is in progress, municipal bus lines 5, 6 and 215 will be redirected and will not stop at 'St Hubert', 'Plaak' or 'Op der Millen'. In the City, a temporary stop will be set up on both sides of the road near the police station at 336, Route de Longwy.

The 'Plaak' and 'Op der Millen' stops will also not be servced by bus line 27 during this time and will instead be replaced by 'St Gengoul'.
