Secretary of State for Higher Education and Research, Marc Hansen welcomed Chinese Ambassador Huang Changqing on 10 September 2015 for a courtesy visit and meeting at the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.
The meeting focused on various topics, including the bilateral academic relations between China and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Huang Changqing was appointed Chinese ambassador to Luxembourg on 1 July 2015, and met with Health Minister Lydia Mutsch in August to discuss the challenges and progress of the health sector.
