The New World Theatre Club (NWTC) is putting on performances of its new play Nora and Jim at the Centre Culturel Neudorf in Luxembourg-Neudorf (254 Rue de Neudorf) on Saturday 11 January at 19:30 and on Sunday 12 January 2025 at 15:00 and again at 19:30.

Nora and Jim, written by Nora Connolly (who will be in attendance), performed by Dublin Theatre Productions and produced by the NWTC, is described as a compelling play detailing the relationship between Nora Barnacle and James Joyce. Comhaltas Luxembourg will join with NWTC to add an individual musical touch to each performance.

The short play performance will be followed by live traditional Irish music by Comhaltas Luxembourg as well as with an interesting exhibition on James Joyce courtesy of the Embassy of Ireland.

On opening night, the play will be preceded by a welcome speech and a vin d'honneur offered by the Ambassador of Ireland, Jean McDonald.
