On Thursday 19 and Friday 20 October 2017, Luxembourg's Prime Minister and Minister of State, Xavier Bettel, is participating in the European Council in Brussels.
The discussions will revolve around migration, the digital economy, defence, external relations, in particular those with Turkey. The European Council will also deal with the Brexit negotiations.
