On Wednesday, Luxembourg's Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Minister of Defence, Etienne Schneider, will visit the 51st edition of the International Aeronautics and Space Exhibition at Le Bourget in Paris.
With a long tradition, the show - which runs from 15 to 21 June 2015 - is considered the flagship event of the aerospace industry. Minister Schneider will visit the Luxembourgish pavilion, which is coordinated by the Ministry of Economy, and brings together 11 exhibitors:

When visiting the fair, the Minister Schneider will also have a meeting with the Director General of the european Space Agency (ESA), Jean-Jacques Dordain. They will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Grand Duchy's accession to the European Space Agency (ESA), of which Luxembourg currently holds the co-presidency.
The importance of the exhibition is highlighted by nearly 2,260 international exhibitors occupying 330,000 aéronautique m² of exhibition space as well as 200,000 visitors, including 139,000 trade visitors. 285 official delegations from 102 countries are expected to attend this year.
