In April 2016, Jean-Philippe Fohal will leave his post as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Committee at ING Luxembourg to join the Dutch branch, the bank announced Tuesday.

Jean-Philippe joined ING in 1993, heading Finance teams in Commercial Banking and OPS & IT in Belgium, France and the Netherlands before becoming CFO of ING Luxembourg in 2012.

On 1 April 2016, Jean-Philippe will become Head of Management Accounting and Advice in ING Group Finance in the Netherlands.

Philippe Gobin has been appointed new CFO of the Luxembourg branch, pending the approval of the CSSF and the ECB. In his role as CFO he will be a member of the Executive Committee and the BMC of ING Luxembourg, succeeding Jean-Philippe Fohal in the role.

Philippe started out at ING in France in 2000, where he held several positions in Finance and Accounting before becoming CFO of the ING Belgium Branch. After holding the position of CFO of the CB region Continental Western Europe for two years, he took over the CFO position at ING Direct France in 2011.
