Luxembourg-based job website Moovijob.com has published its attractiveness index for 2025, highlighting how employers in the Grand Duchy rank against each other.

Launched in early 2024, the attractiveness index is designed to help Luxembourg-based companies measure their brand as an employer and compare themselves to their peers. For this year's index, Moovijob.com conducted a study during the 15th edition of its recruitment fair Moovijob Day, which took place at Luxexpo The Box in Luxembourg-Kirchberg on Friday 28 March 2025.

Moovijob.com reported "in recent years the relationship between recruiters and candidates has become more balanced" and noted "as the gap between supply and demand continues to widen in the job market, companies are no longer in a position of power". Moovijob.com stated the attractiveness index has "become a key indicator for HR professionals since last year".

According to Moovijob.com, the attractiveness index is calculated based on the average ratings received by a company at Moovijob Day, across the following three criteria:

- Stand aesthetics (Does this stand make me want to meet the company?)
- Clarity of messaging (Is it easy to understand what the company does, its sector, jobs, projects, corporate culture, etc.?)
- Representatives on site (Do they make me want to engage in conversation?)

Anonymous visitors then mingled among the attendees at the Moovijob Day fair and rated the 160 exhibiting companies using these criteria.

With an attractiveness index of 4.60 out of 5, Fanuc Europe Corporation claimed first place. In awarding the top position, Moovijob.com said the industrial automation company "captivated visitors with a warm, animated stand, a clear and impactful message and friendly representatives".

The Air Navigation Administration (Administration de la Navigation Aérienne - ANA) secured second position with an attractiveness index of 4.54 out of 5. Moovijob.com noted that Luxembourg's national air navigation service provider earned its position due to its "eye-catching control tower [stand] and polished communication efforts".

Human resources and training company Abalone took third place with an attractiveness index of 4.47. Moovijob.com commented that the company "made a strong impression".
