The Art of Music celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. It was founded in Luxembourg in 1993 by Eric Hartley. The group takes its name from an anonymous treatise on music written in Scotland in the late 16th century. It aims to revive unjustly neglected music from the 16th century and earlier.
An English translation of the Latin text will be provided in the free programme booklet.
