Ivorian band Magic System is set to perform at Chapito, Casino 2000 in Mondorf-les-Bains on Saturday 3 November 2018 at 20:30.
Magic System, which has accumulated as many gold records as it has experience over its 20 year-career, will present the new album "Ya Foye" as well as performing its most famous hits on the occasion of this Luxembourg gig.
Born in Anoumabo, a popular neighbourhood of Abidjan (Ivory Coast), A'Salfo, Manadja, Goudé and Tino, the four current members of Magic System, joined forces long before their musical success, basing their career on friendship over the past two decades. A dozen albums - and as many commercial successes - later, A'Salfo, Tino, Goudé and Manadja have become ambassadors of the Ivory Coast around the world and perfect representatives of the relationship between their home country and their host country, France. Particularly invested in the development of their native country, the various members of Magic System are involved in the Ivorian Football Federation as advisors, are partners of the Youth Employment Agency and support the National Reconciliation of the Ivorian people.
Launched at the end of March, the first single, "Ya Foye", from their new album has already reached 2 million views. This title is the perfect materialisation of all that represents Magic System: a catchy chorus, accompanied by texts with a real message of hope in these troubled times and reminding its audience the main values of the group: love, solidarity and peace.
