The Whisky Club Luxembourg (WCL) has announced that it is organising an Asia Whisky Dinner on Thursday 31 May 2018 at IKKI in Luxembourg-Clausen (Rives de Clausen) from 19:00.

The latest of the WCL's famous whisky dinners will comprise an Asia themed night and will include the following menu:

Yakitori, gyoza, samossa

Consommé katsuobushi, nouilles udon, crevette tempura

Tataki de saumon au sésame, sriracha, mayonnaise japonaise et pesto asiatique
 -
Chawan-Mushi (Oeufs Royale à la japonaise, shiitaké, poulet et scampi)

Sorbet yuzu et espuma pomme grenade
 -
Magret de canard laqué à l'asiatique, patates douces et condiment mangue/passion
 -
Mochi glacé (yuzu, thé matcha et sésame)

Café et digestif
 
Each course will be joined by a nice dram: they will all come from the finest Asian distilleries which is a guarantee for quality and a certain suspense. Details concerning the whiskies will follow on the WCL's website.
