Details: On Friday 27 May 2016, Um Plateau will be hosting an evening dedicated to cocktail culture and the mixology process.
Luxembourg has joined in the recent gin renaissance with the creation of two local brands. Whilst the Gin & Tonic is on the rise, the juniper based spirit has also found new life thanks to a resurgence of cocktail culture.
From 18:30 to 22:30, two mixologists will demonstrate flavours and possible mixtures, present the quality of the assembled products and create cocktails with a base of Double You, Copperhead Gin & Copperhead Black Batch accompanied with Fever Tree tonics.
From 22:30, Chris Hingher & Live Say from Belgium will provide sound mixology, whilst snacks or dinner à la carte will be available.
