Details: REIS DEMUTH WILTGEN with special guest JOSHUA REDMAN (saxophone) wil be performing on Saturday 26 March 2016 at 20:00 in the Conservatoire de la Ville de Luxembourg (33 rue Charles Martel, L – 2134 Luxembourg) as a part of the Printemps Musical 2016 Festival.
“Pianist Michel Reis, bassist Marc Demuth and drummer Paul Wiltgen are three of Luxembourg’s most up and coming jazz musicians. Each band member composes music for the trio, with the aim to create a fresh and forward thinking overall sound, one that is strongly influenced by popular music and the singer/songwriter genre, but with a core sound that remains in modern jazz.“
Performing a this event are Michel Reis on piano, Marc Demuth on bass, Paul Wiltgen on drums and Joshua Redman on saxophone.
The Printemps Musical 2016 Festival of world music and jazz will be starting on Sunday 6 March and will continue up to Wednesday 27 April.
This 34th edition of this festival presents a display of ten concerts at the Den Atelier in Luxembourg-Hollerich, Neimënster in Luxembourg-Grund room and the Conservatory of the Ville de Luxembourg in Merl.
