For those who have always dreamed of learning how to beatbox, help is at hand in the form of a two-day workshop with London beatboxer Tobias Hug on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 December 2015.
Tobia's new protégés will be in good hands, with the beatboxer having sung and taught around the world for the past 15 years. He is deeply rooted in the UK's beatbox and a capella scene and has collaborated with artists such as Schlomo, Tiefschwarz, Jamie Cullum and Aphex Twin. He has been one of the longest-serving members of Grammy award-winning a cappella legends the Swingle Singers which he left in 2012. In 2014, he won the 'Best New Act' accolade at the UK Event Entertainment Awards with new group Beatvox.
Tobias Hug will now be sharing his talents with a Luxembourg audience this winter at the Rocklab, the Resource Centre of the Rockhal, as part of the latter's training and coaching activities programme. The two-day workshop will allow participants to benefit from Tobias' expertise and finetune their vocal technique.
