Details: MNKS Luxembourg law firm has organised a series of breakfast conferences on a variety of topics in both French and English.
Speakers Saskia Myners and Raquel Guevara will ask Which vehicle? Substance! Whilst presenting financing instruments, alphabet shares, PPLs etc as well as common issues in key investment documents including share transfers, voting rights, majority requirements, debt allocation, debt to equity ratio and transfer pricing. Seminar will be in English.
The Welcome will open at 08:00, whilst the conference itself will take place from 08:30 to 09:30. Entrance is free, but registration is required due to limited number of places available.
